Hi, I just saved "Chicago Creative Singles" from annihilation by those money-grubbing Meetup people.

I will provide more details about me and my plans for this group, but let's get together on the Saturday afternoon of the Chicago Air & Water Show at some rooftop bar downtown, two weeks from now. I would like to hear what you would like to do with the group, get to know each other, and see how we can make this a truly fun, wonderful, unbelievable social group for creative types in Chicago.

For the initial meeting, I am thinking the Roof at the Wit Hotel, but let's hear some other ideas.

"Chicago Creative Singles" is still alive and well, although I will be rebranding it. Please mark your calendars for 1 - 3 PM, Saturday, August 15th.

Great, that is good to hear! I will be looking forward to some meetups in the future and after going to a few and meeting some people just might help out organizing and assisting. I will not be able to make it this first meeting I work 7am-3pm every SAT & SUN, but I look forward to meeting you soon JESTER! Take care and have a good one.
